Fees

First lesson free for new students.

Discounts apply to fees paid by the term.

Term fees

• 30 minute class = $9 per class
• 45 minute class = $13 per class
• 60 minute class = $18 per class
• Stretch = Free for students enrolled in two classes, otherwise $9 per class

Pay by the week

• 30 minute class = $10 per class
• 45 minute class = $15 per class
• 60 minute class = $20 per class

Genesis Package

Unlimited classes (excludes private lessons).

• Senior - $70/wk
• Intermediate - $55/wk
• Junior - $50/wk

Private lessons

Private lessons may be arranged for students who wish to do competition work, or who have extra preparation work before an exam.

$36 per 30 minutes

Uniform

There is no set uniform, as many students enjoy the freedom of choosing what to wear to class. However, all students must follow the guidelines below, and neatness in appearance is essential. School jackets are available for sale.

No T-Shirts, jumpers or baggy pants are to be worn. Hair must be neatly tied back and must be in a bun for ballet. Socks or tights must be worn with shoes for hygiene reasons.

Jazz and modern

Form fitting lycra dance attire e.g. dance pants, bike pants, leggings, crop top and leotards, black jazz shoes with flexisole.

Tap

Form fitting dance attire as above, camel tap shoes for girls and black lace up shoes for boys.

Classical ballet (girls)

Pre-Primary and Primary

Leotard, short ballet skirt, short socks, and pink leather ballet shoes.

Grades 1-8

Plain leotard (no bright colours), pink ballet tights or ballet socks, and pink leather ballet shoes. Black character skirt, and black character shoes are required for the exam.

Major grades

Plain leotard, pink ballet tights, pink leather or canvas ballet shoes, and demi-pointes for exam candidates. Pointe shoes are required when students reach an appropriate age, and standard of strength and control. For safety reasons, all students must be screened by a Dance Physiotherapist before the commence pointe work. Sometimes this may be performed by the Principal during class time if there are no major concerns.

Classical ballet (boys)

Black or navy leggings, form-fitting white singlet or shirt, white ballet shoes and socks.
